About the apartments
The operation of the apartments is year round. Minimum length of accommodation is 7 nights (Sat - Sat).
Prices include normal energy consumption, bedding, towels, kitchen towels.
We require a deposit in the form of a payment to the account and within 72 hours of receiving the booking.
The deposit is 50% of the price. In case you cancel the booking, the entire deposit is forfeited.
When you pass the property, we charge a refundable security deposit of CZK 2 500,- principal for depreciation of the equipment, for the accounting of consumption.
